Wholesale Customer Service Representative.

Our client, a well established premium footwear brand is looking for a Wholesale Customer Service Representative to work on key accounts.

The purpose of the Wholesale Customer Representative is to provide courteous, friendly and efficient customer service to all customers/retail partners and to effectively manage the order book to enable the company to meet its sales targets.

You will develop a close working relationship with the Account Managers to ensure accurate and timely order placement, management and shipment. You will look after all accounts in your territories and oversee orders from start to finish, anticipating problems and troubleshooting accordingly.

The ideal candidate is a warm, friendly, dynamic individual who has an eye for detail and enjoys working directly with customers. Good Excel knowledge, some exposure to working within wholesale operations environment is highly beneficial.

Knowledge of using Styleman beneficial.
